High Silicon Cast Iron Anodes are available pre-packaged in galvanized mild steel canister or cotton bags filled with coke-backfill.
Prepacked HSCI Anode is designed for securing simple and quality field installation of cathodic protection project. Low consumption rate, easy and quick installation and low ground resistance are the main advantages of this product. The assembly process is finished within YZ plant instead of in the field which effectively guarantees field installation quality of anode bed.
Canister anodes are perfect impressed current anode for shallow vertical and horizontal surface ground beds, as well as wet, marshy soil conditions where caving is likely to occur. The primary anode element is placed in a galvanized steel canister filled with coke backfill. The stable anode element passes current to this highly conductive calcined petroleum coke backfill.
